Pet Policy
We welcome your furry friends to Calloway at Las Colinas and invite them to enjoy our community’s ample green space and fenced leash-free Bark Park. Cats and dogs are accepted, with a maximum of two pets per home. A one-time fee of $300 per pet applies. The monthly per-pet rent is $25. Certain dog breeds are restricted, including Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Doberman Pinschers.
